Fall is the best time to ply the calm waters of the Root River. The mosquitoes are just a memory, the colors are beginning to change, and the birds are starting to wing south - it all adds up to a wonderful natural experience. Canoers of all abilities, ages 7 and up, are welcome. Fee includes equipment and instruction. Canoe Launch and rentals are available.
