Racine County is home to some of the most spectacular events in the Midwest: Chocolate Fest, Spirit of Racine Triathlon, Italian Fest, HarborFest, the Great Lakes Brewfest, and dozens of art fairs.
The Great Midwest Dragon Boat Festival, where 80 teams compete in one of the largest racing competitions in the Midwest, takes place in Lake Michigan every July. Racine County also offers challenging golf courses, 117 miles of bike trails, and charter boat salmon and trout fishing with the highest catch rate in Wisconsin.
