Dave Blank,
President/CEO

Dave oversees the day-to-day operations of the Racine County CVB's office including the professional and support staff, as well as the critically important volunteer corps. Dave frequently serves as the voice of the Racine County CVB through speaking engagements to local organizations, as well as  participating in civic events throughout the year. He has been Executive Director of the Racine County CVB since 1997.

Adam D. Smith,
Sales & Marketing Director

Adam is in charge of the overall advertising and promotion of the Racine County CVB's marketing efforts. He also bids, organizes, and arranges major events that increases the economic impact for Racine County while giving an impressive first impression for visitors and participants. In addition, he is charge of the website management. Adam has been with the Racine County CVB since August 2002.

Eileen Arnold,
Meetings/Group Tour Sales Director

Eileen handles all meeting and conference sales for the Racine County CVB. She and the rest of the staff will assist in the planning for you and your attendees while doing business in the area. Eileen also handles group tours throughout the county. If you are looking for a fun and exciting trip for your organization, Eileen will be able to give you great ideas, itineraries and confirmations...all free of charge.She has been the Meetings/Group Tour Sales Director since June 2005.
